You're almost there! It is not long not until Term Three is over and we are on school holidays.
We know that remote learning can be difficult and challenging at times, which can influence how we are feeling. As emotionally intelligent people we know the importance of regulating our emotions, detecting when our feelings are bringing us down and shifting gear to be our best self.
Today we are asking students to share something they can do to bring themselves out of a negative moment and move to a more positive or productive headspace.
We have also included a movement tutorial for anyone who would like to give it a try this morning.
