Melbourne  Camp- 2022

Melbourne Camp - This Monday and Tuesday.

Welcome to the Melrose Primary School Melbourne Camp Information Page.

The senior school Melbourne camp will run from Monday the 21st - Tuesday the 22nd of November.

We are asking families to bring students to school between 6:00 am and 6:30 am on Monday. When you and your child arrive at school please be sure to:

• Check in with your child's classroom teacher.
• See Mr Patton to discuss any medication requirements.
• Be ready to load luggage onto the bus.

Students will visit attractions, including:

• Melbourne Zoo
• Melbourne Museum
• Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre
• The Shrine of Remembrance
• The Botanic Gardens and
• Science Works.

What to pack?
It is recommended that students bring two bags with them, a day pack and luggage.

Day Pack / Bag	Luggage
Packed Morning Tea and Lunch for the first day. Drink Bottle. Broad Brim Hat. A book, simple card game or colouring in if desired for the bus trip.	A change of clothes for Tuesday, including socks, underwear, shirt, pants and a jumper if desired. Toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, non-spray deodorant and comb. Swimwear and towel for the night time pool activity. Optional goggles / thongs for pool only. Pyjamas

Please note that digital devices including mobile phones are not permitted on this excursion.
Please note that spending money is not required on this excursion.

Students are not required to wear school uniform on this excursion, however they must wear sunsmart clothing and enclosed shoes.

When do we return?
We expect to return to Melrose Primary School at 5:30pm on Tuesday. We will endeavour to provide you with updates should our arrival time change. Please keep an eye on Class Dojo and the school Facebook page.
