Remote Learning: Movement
Skipping - using a skipping rope or a dressing gown tie or a piece of lightweight rope. Can you skip forwards, backwards, hop, criss cross, double unders, make up your own trick. Can you do the pattern in the video here?
7 minute workout - Choose 7 exercises from the list below, complete each exercise for 1 minute. Do not stop during the 1 minute of exercise. 15 seconds of rest and then complete the next exercise.
